How to Order
To place an order, you must first contact us using one of the following options:
- The contact form on this web
- By sending an email to the address info@micasa3d.com
- By phone at 604 36 96 97 or 951 84 06 84
You must tell us your name and surname, your email address (if you call by phone), the exact address of the location to visit (it is mandatory to be able to find it through Google Maps), the approximate surface area in m2 to capture in the photo session, and the desired products (virtual visit or virtual visit + floorplans).
In the second step we will send you an email confirming your information, the amount to pay, and the link where you can pay for the order.
On this occasion you can notify us of any discrepancy, and we will resend you a confirmation email with the corrected data.
Before formalizing the purchase you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT the terms and conditions of purchase as well as the privacy policy and the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
In the third step, once payment has been received, we will contact you on the next business day to arrange a date and time for the photographer’s visit.
As a general rule, the user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
However, in the case of micasa3D, the type of products and services offered does not allow for the application of this right of withdrawal as such, since they are personalized products of an intangible nature, made at the express request of the client, and once created or their creation has begun, these products cannot be returned.
For the reasons stated above, the right of withdrawal with full refund granted by micasa3D applies only during the period from receipt of the client’s advance payment until the day before the scheduled photo session.
How to Prepare Your Space
Preparing your space properly is crucial for high-quality 360º photography and a professional virtual tour. Please follow our step-by-step explanations focused specifically on 360º capture (where everything is visible).
Before touching the space, be clear about:
- Your intended audience (real estate buyers, hotel guests, museum visitors, etc.)
- The mood or atmosphere to convey (clean and bright, warm and cozy, modern, or minimal)
- Key selling points or highlights (views, layout, finishes, scale)
360º cameras see every direction, including behind the camera. As a rule of thumb, if something doesn’t add value to the space and you can remove it, then you should do it. Remove:
- Personal items (bags, coats, shoes)
- Small clutter (papers, cables, remotes, bins)
- Cleaning supplies
- Wall notes, calendars, fridge magnets
- Unnecessary furniture that blocks flow
High-resolution 360º images reveal details easily and dust shows more in panoramic images than in standard photos. Please focus on:
- Floors (vacuum/mop, remove stains)
- Windows and mirrors (no smudges)
- Reflective surfaces (glass tables, TVs, appliances)
- Bathrooms (toilets closed, polished fixtures)
- Kitchen counters and sinks (empty and clean)
Staging should look natural from all angles. Please check the furniture placement and the styling:
- Align furniture symmetrically when possible
- Avoid blocking doorways or walk paths
- Pull furniture slightly away from walls to add depth
- Use minimal but intentional décor (plants, cushions, books)
- Avoid tall décor close to the camera (distortion risk)
- Keep table items centered and sparse
Floors play a big visual role in virtual tours, and transitions are more natural through open doors:
- Align rugs neatly
- Remove curled edges
- Clean floor transitions between rooms
- Decide which doors stay open (usually yes, for flow)
- Ensure consistency across rooms
- Avoid half-open doors unless intentional
- Make sure windows look presentable from both inside and outside
Lighting is one of the most critical elements and inconsistent (mixed) lighting temperatures are more noticeable in 360º images.
- Turn ON all interior lights in the room
- Use only lamps with matching color temperatures if possible
- Open blinds/curtains evenly
- Avoid all openings that create harsh contrast
- Turn OFF all flickering or mismatched bulbs
- Turn OFF TV’s, monitors and screens (unless intentional)
- Turn OFF ceiling fans and other moving objects to avoid motion blur
