I am an open minded professional whose life and career have been shaped by an international upbringing. Having lived in numerous countries throughout my childhood, I developed an early appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. This background, along with my ability to speak several languages, has enabled me to connect naturally with people.

As an adult, I continued to immerse myself in multicultural environments, both personally and professionally. One of the defining chapters of my career was working in the airline industry for more than 10 years, a role that strengthened my knowledge and focus in customer relations. Thereafter my passion has been in customer-facing roles.

I bring a naturally curious mindset and a strong attention to detail in everything I do. Whether engaging with customers or learning something new, I am driven by a genuine interest in people and a commitment to delivering superior service and experience.
